CincyCon 2025 Raffle Information

CincyCon would like to thank all of our sponsors for their generous donations for this years Raffle.

Each item will have its own assigned auction number along with a corresponding box to place tickets toward that item.

There is no limit to the number of ticket chances any individual may place into an items box.

NOTE: No tickets may be placed by owners or employees of stores towards competitors store gift certificates. If a ticket is drawn for a stores gift certificate and the ticket is from a competitors stores owner or employee, that ticket will be disqualified and another ticket will be drawn for the prize.

VERY IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to write their personal information legibly on the ticket.  If the winning ticket is not legible and the holder of that ticket is not present to claim the prize by using the matching number a new winner will be drawn.  PLEASE WRITE LEGIBLY.

You do not need to be present to win. All prize winners not present will be contacted from the legible information they have provided on the winning ticket. Every effort will be made to get the prizes to the winners including mailing them directly to the winners.

Ticket Prices:

Raffle tickets are sold at a cost of 1 ticket for $3.00 or 2 tickets for $5.00
Individuals who pre-register for CincyCon will receive 2 free tickets for the raffle

Winning Ticket Drawings:

This years raffle prize drawings will be broken into three time groups, one on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Each item will be clearly marked as to what time the winning ticket will be drawn.

Friday 8:00 pm

Saturday 6:00 pm

Sunday 12:00 noon

The tickets will be randomly mixed and then drawn silently. The winning ticket will be presented with the prize for the winners to claim.
