Paint the Pig

CincyCon 2025

Paint the Pig

For those of you attending CincyCon over the past several years, you may have collected several of our limited edition convention miniatures. These miniatures have taken the form of that year’s logo for the convention, and are a bit of a collector’s item to some. Now, we want to see how you’ve painted them up!

In 2020, bring your painted convention miniature from any previous year to be judged by your fellow CincyCon attendees. Prizes will be awarded, but more on that as the convention gets closer.

Here are the guidelines for the competition:

  • Only CincyCon Convention Miniatures can be submitted, any of the previous years’ convention miniatures will be accepted.

  • Miniature entries must be submitted by the person that painted them.

  • If mounted on a base, it can be no larger than 2"x2"x2".

  • Miniatures must be submitted to the front desk. The earlier submitted, the more votes your miniature can acquire.

  • Miniatures will be issued a number at registration. The number is what attendees will vote on, please do not sign, or otherwise place your name on your miniature that is visible when standing upright. A master list of painters names and associated numbers will be kept at registration to reclaim your work.

  • Miniatures must remain on display until 1200 on Sunday of the convention.

  • Family inappropriate painted miniatures will not be accepted.

  • Only attendees of CincyCon 2020 may submit miniatures to the competition, and only attendees may vote.

  • Each attendee will receive a ballot to vote on check in at registration. The ballot box will near the displayed miniatures.
