Requested Booth Space. (Maximum limit of 4 per exhibitor)
Exhibitor space is 6' x 30" table space with approximately 3' 6" behind table.
Cost for each space is $75.00 regardless of how many days you intend on attending.
Each 6' space includes a Free table and chairs.

Booth Spaces:
Electrical access is available in limited quantity and will be allotted on a first reserved basis.
Electrical Service is an additional $10.00 charge.

Badge Request
Each Exhibitor will be provided two free badges along with an additional free badge for every additional 6' space requested.
Number of Badges: You have credit for 2 badges + 1 badge for each additional table purchase. Additional Extra Badges are $20 each.

Free internet access will be provided for the exhibitors however its capabilities are limited. The security password will be provided inside your exhibitor packet when you arrive at the show. For reliability we do suggest exhibitors bring and use their own hot spot devices during the show.
Set Up
What is your groups intended set up date?
Arrival Day:
No setup prior to Thursday at 6pm without specific permission from the Exhibitor Coordinator.
Arrival Time:
(Note, if you are arriving on Sat the arrival time will automatically be set to 8:00 a.m.)
Departure - Sunday departure after 1:00 p.m. only. The vendor hall will be open until 3:00 p.m. (Any vendor leaving before 1:00 p.m. on Sunday will result in the loss of their preferred status for the following year)
