CincyCon 2025 Volunteer Information

Volunteers Welcomed

Help us make Cincycon 15 as good as ever!

Please consider helping us by joining the crew setting up the tables and chairs on Thursday (02/27/2025) from 2PM to 6PM and/or 6PM to 10PM or tearing down Sunday (03/02/2025) from 2PM - 6PM and/or 4PM to 8PM.

If you have already purchased an attendee badge and would like to volunteer, your purchase can be refunded.

For your assistance we can offer a free weekend badge.

Sunday starts slow and picks up speed as Cincycon winds down for another year.

If you are unable to assist with these important tasks, please consider running your favorite game at Cincycon as a GM, and you too can receive a free weekend badge.
