Saturday, May 8th is quickly approaching.  It is not to late to pre-register for the events or just to get the two free raffle tickets !

Doors open at 10 am for general public.  Tournament players are let in earlier to prepare their events.

 

Directions from Exit 14, I-75 North or South

 Take Exit 14 and head West on Glendale-Milford Road toward Woodlawn/Evendale.  Stay on Glendale-Milford for about 1.5 miles.  At Springfield Pike / Route 4, make a left at the light.  Stay on Springfield Pike for 0.7 miles, then make a right onto Grove Road.  Down Grove take the next right onto Woodlawn Blvd, parking lot is on the left and the center is on the right.

Late April additions !!!

If you haven’t pre-registered yet, you might want to consider it.  

  • We just added raffle prizes from three more sponsors!  Ambush Alley, Wargame Inc and Delta V Miniatures have all contributed. 

  • Can’t decide on one of the events ?  Just enter ”any” and choose once you get to the show.   

  • We’ve also added a Board Game library.  Try out a different game or bring along some friends for a pick up game.

  • Check out the Cincy Con Time Line page for start time and tables for the various events.

APRIL NEWS at Cincy Con

Well, it is merely 5 weeks till Cincy Con ! 

Additional events have been added to the PEL.   East Side Games has asked for a table and will be donating Gift Certificates for the raffle prizes.  Newport Games is celebrating the first Cincy Con with a pre-con sale.  See below for details.

Ambush Alley is contributing some gifts for those playing the Carentan, 1944 game.  And local painting service “All About Miniatures” will be donating a painted unit for the raffle.

 

We have added contact emails for the Flames of War and Warhammer 40K tournaments.  Please contact Scott and Brian for details on their respective events.  Their contact info can be found on the Preliminary events list

March Cincy Con News Flash !

You will find a number of updates added this month.  We have an updated list of events for you to review.  Not only Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Historical miniature games, but collectible card games like Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, Heroclix, and two role playing games, Mutants & Masterminds and Dungeon & Dragons.

On the Vendors at Cincy Con page, you will find a list of vendors that are attending and participating in the Cincy Con events.  Try out a new game, then slide over to the dealer area and pickup figures or games you’ve just played !  How cool is that !

Pre-registration and you, perfect together !

OK, now that we  have a preliminary events list, why pre-register?

First, all gaming slots are on a first come first serve basis.  You get into the games or tournaments you most want to play.

Second, you get two raffle tickets, a $4 value.

Third, you get to use the Pre-Reg line at checkin and have a personalized name tag to show all your friends and family !

Last, but not least, it helps us plan food services and coordinate with Game masters to bring you the best entertainment for your dollar.

Prelim Events List

Well we have been busy recruiting the best and brightest Game Masters in our area.  You will find an updated Preliminary events list to review.  Flames of War and Babylon 5 tournaments have been booked.  We will have details and contacts names to register for them shortly.  We are also moving to bring in a sanctioned Warhammer 40K tournament held by Brian Seabolt.  Keep checking back with us for events updates, time slots for the games and availability.

CincyCon 2010

Cincy Con is now official with a new website (still under contruction).
WHEN ? Cincy Con will be held on Saturday, May 8th, 2010, from 9 am until 7 pm.
WHERE ? The Woodlawn Community Center in Woodlawn, Ohio.
WHY ? Because we like to game and want to share the fun with others in the tri-state area.
WHO ? All miniature gaming types, Board games, Card games and even role playing games.
